At Alpen Swiss Tools, we stand by the precision and quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and Swiss-engineered packaging intact.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided by the portal.

Affix the Label

Download and print the prepaid DHL shipping label from your email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized shipping point; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
